Prayer for Easter time

Lord, I thank You for this Eastertime

When You again sculpt this heart of stone.

Thank You for the love truly divine,

For the greatness that comes from You alone.

Thank You for forgiveness of my sin,

For the salvation You give and always promise,

For leading me out of the dark, dire, and din.

Though I can never match such love as this,

Please accept my every tiny token of praise

And thanksgiving to the end of my days.
